G10 is great in a user like this, tactile, weather resistant, easy to wash and keep clean, and very very tough out in the field. We’ve ground our signature Ragnar-Rock pattern in to the scales to further increase the available grip and sandblasted the flats, the round overs are sanded higher to bring out the detail and make the gripping of the knife comfy. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe laser tattooed a forest scene on to the blade face and added the beautiful quote often attributed to the outdoorsman John Muir, “In to the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul”.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe steel is AEBL stainless, regarded highly for the fine grain structure, toughness and ease of sharpening (for a stainless).
